Today I am having a relaxing day after a fairly busy Birthday weekend. Yep, that's right, I turned 25 on Friday, quarter of century under my belt. My biggest achievement in that time is marriage. Though now I have to get a move on to do all the things I said I'd have already done by now. It's amazing how life escapes you and the time flies past you, and yet, I still only feel like I was 18 yesterday!
My birthday was great though, I worked until 4.30pm and after a shower and change opened my presents with my Mum, my Nan and Shaun. I was spoiled of course! High top trainers, some shoes, bare minerals make-up, a vase with home grown garden flowers, a hand knitted cardigan, and some Body Shop goodies and money to go shopping with! - Which led to a trip to Bath yesterday where I treated myself to some Peach heels and jelly shoes and some Boux Avenue Lingerie.
Saturday night was lovely, I had some of my best friends round for the evening, we ate pizza, had a good laugh watched some films, and everyone eventually left around midnight or 1am. Emma & Luke bought me an Orchid - notoriously hard to look after..... I managed to kill a cactus - so it's outlook is bleak, but it is beautiful.
