The bee Pollen Thing....

Yes, I heard about this on a program called 'Family of the Future' , which was about a family that had been placed into a house that contained all mod cons, including a majority that are not available yet. It was an education series about how we will be living in a few years from now due to all the technology we now have available and the ecological changes that science is making. One of the things that they believe will be a big thing soon is super smoothies, full of all these vitamins and minerals etc. One of the ingredients was Bee Pollen, which is easily accessible now. For instance I bought mine on eBay.  It is packed with vitamins and is very good for you. They recommend you take a teaspoon a day.  I'll be honest, it doesn't taste particularly great, I either swallow mine with some milkshake or mix it into yogurt. However I do think it's worth it. I am keen to pump lots of vitamins and minerals into myself from the diet point of view due to the vegetarian thing, I know I must be lacking in a lot of vital things, for instance, I am constantly tired no matter how much or little sleep I get, & I am fairly certain I am anemic . - Another reason for the healthy eating kick I have embarked upon. It's not necessarily because I feel unwell, or that I'm missing anything, just that something as simple as being able to be a blood donor would be unlikely if my blood isn't even sufficient enough for me.
So this bee pollen is another way to boost my immune system. I have attached the link to a site giving a lot of useful info and below are the helpful vitamins pollen contains.
