I made Cranberry & White Chocolate Cupcakes last night for My Mum's birthday today. They may not look like much, but they are pretty tasty!
This got me thinking about my Wedding Cake, It's a 3 tier confection inspired by the Choccywoccydoodah company in Brighton. They create amazing cakes sculpted into fantastical deigns in chocolate. Alas, they also have a fantastical price tag.
I am fortunate enough to have a friend who has worked for them previously, and she is creating my wedding cake for me for not even a fraction of the cost. It is inspired by the cake in the link below.
Of course I will post photo's after my big day in June so you can see the finished article.
