Breaking Dawn Part 2 Premiere Tickets

Did you know there is a waiting list for tickets for the Breaking Dawn Part 2 premiere happening in Los Angeles this November? Or that the price for those tickets is $9500? Of course, this is the price quoted by one company in particular, but I'd hazard a guess that the majority of other sites, or more accurately VIP 'Clubs' are asking about the same. I would also assume that, as much I would love to get all glammed up & grace the red carpet, I also do not possess more money than sense. This is an incredible amount of money for what is effectively a night at a large cinema. Okay, how often do you get the opportunity to bump into Kristen Stewart or Taylor Lautner at your local Odeon? Or travel from your Hotel to a premiere, to an after party and back, in a private Limo? But I refuse to pay nearly ten thousand dollars for One night, with the hopeless expectation that I 'might' get the chance to speak to one of the stars, who won't have a clue who I am or what the hell I'm doing there, and most likely, won't have the time for me anyway? I mean that in the sense of being too busy, not ignorant. We have all seen the way they are shuffled and directed by their 'management' like pigs on a spit. A premiere is basically a press appointment & promotion, it is a part of the job. I think I'd rather just randomly be lucky enough to find myself in the same bar one day watching a gig with one of them. 100 Monkeys anyone?
